I wish I had lived during the 60s when love was free.

  1. I'm not sure if all love in the 60s was free, but I do get what you're saying about that time. Love costs way too much now-a-days, and it makes it very hard to Love anymore. However, Love can come in many different forms and be expressed in many different forms, so I can not say that all Love now-a-days is too costly. To love your own child may not cost as much as to Love a partner in your life. To Love your Mom may not cost as much as to Love an ex-partner in your life. Now that I think think about it, Love may be different from your blood relation to non-blood relation. How about to Love your friend/best-freind, true Love for this person may not be costly ever.

  2. I am referring to expectations and reciprocity. If, you give love you want love in return. How much are you willing to do for someone you love? Family, child, friends, I am sure a few would agree that they would sacrifice their life for them. But, how about a complete stranger? I long for that type of love and want to get to the point in my life I can say, "Yes, I will die for you." And the "you" can be anyone and anything.
